I must say that we were both very happy when Jared was able to shave. It's amazing how different he looks. It took us all a couple days to get used to the naked face again. His beard came in very red, the color his hair used to be. As you can see below we took pictures in every stage of him shaving it off. If you can't tell, he still had some make-up from the play. Fun!

That is awesome!!! To bad you didn't have a cowboy hat! Those pictures make me wish that Jim could grow facial hair...well, almost.
Great face in all the pictures. I do like the clean look best! At least you know that if we have to walk back to Zion you can grow facial hair for protection from sun, wind, and cold.
That is so cool... I'm so glad u took those pictures.
Mountain man. I think I like the scruffy face best.
That's pretty cool! I have a brother-in-law that plays Santa every year and starts growing his beard in October. By the time Christmas comes and goes he's THRILLED to get that itchy beard off!
The long mustache was the best. How funny. You could wax and shape it. Cool.
Wow, I'm impressed, Jared! Never thought you could pull off so many different styles, but you definitely can. Barry thinks it's awesome too!
You are always good for a laugh! I liked the Hilter pose personally. You are good Amy to endure that beard for so long. Nice job on the performance too!
Love the pictures! I'm glad you documented it. Do you think he'll ever grow it out again?
