9 Children in Yellowstone/Part 1

If you know me, you know that Jared and I don't have 9 children. When you add my sister Sarah and her husband Josh and their 5 children and Jared's sister Bethanie and her husband Jim and their 3 children and then add our Gage, you get nine kids under the age of 9! Yikes! But they had such a great time playing together and got along wonderfully. But I am sure the campground was happy to see us leave because for some reason it was a bit loud at our campsites.

This is one of the things Gage did to entertain himself on the way to Yellowstone. Man, look at those moves!

We had a bison that visited our campground frequently. It was pretty awesome until it wasn't. We tried to follow the rules and give it plenty of space. It made us parents a little nervous, but it was fun see the kid's excitement.

Here is a cool panoramic view that Jared took.

Gage with his cousins: Elisha, Natalie, Hannah, Camden, Lincoln and Andrew.

Our camera just doesn't do Yellowstone justice as those of you who have gone to Yellowstone know.

We had front row seating while waiting for Old Faithful to blow, which meant we where there early and the kids got impatient waiting. So you can imagine how excited they were when it finally blew. It was great catching that excitement on video.

You definitely were brave to take so many kids! I wish we could have gone, it looks like so much fun! I love Gage's dance moves. Does he get those from his mom or his dad? :) -Heather

What fun for everyone. We appreciate the work it is for parents to take the family camping and are so glad you are willing to make it fun. Wish we could have peeked in or joined the fun.
