Thanksgiving 2017

We stayed in Utah this year for Thanksgiving.  Melanie and Emily had a Thanksgiving feast at their house. They had a full house with Jenny and Tom and family visiting from Texas and their married children that are in Provo going to BYU as well. It was great, but apparently I took no pictures! But I did make a turkey and put it on the wall so we could write down all that we were thankful for throughout the month.

Bluffdale has a parade of lights each holiday season and Melanie, Emily and Aaron decided to do a float this year. It turned out awesome. It was a New Mexico Christmas. Can you see Mary and Joseph and baby Jesus and the red chili lights. It turned out so awesome and Jared was able to get their tractor working well enough to pull the float even though there were a few complications. They got 2nd place!
