We found a great spot the other day for Jared to fish and Gage and I to wander and explore. The river was pretty shallow so Gage had a great time walking around in it with his water boots and of course throwing rocks. He also wandered around picking flowers and weeds and playing with sticks and watching bugs. As I was sitting on a large rock watching Gage play in the water, he would come over, sit beside me and lean his head against my shoulder. He seemed to be saying "Isn't this the best!" He was just so content and would jabber happily to me about this and that. Then he would go back to the water and play. He did this a few times. It was very sweet.

The gage is a cute cute boy. I loved his wet bum! andrew kept asking to watch the video over and over again. I think he knew your voice and recognized Gage.
The other day Hannah said that she wanted grandma, Melanie and Amy to come and visit. So we are ALL missing you.
I meant to write THAT Gage. Sorry I must have been typing to fast.
Sigh. I want fish. To eat that is.
