Summer Days

Gage and I have somewhat of a routine now. I wasn't sure I would enjoy being in what I consider a big city, but the perks so far have been worth it. Besides the fact that I can get to the mountains in about 5 minutes.

On Tuesday or Thursday we go to the 0-3 years old story time at the library. They let the kids wiggle and squirm and we sing lots of action songs.

On Wednesday we go the Stake Playgroup at the park. I get to visit a bit with other moms and Gage gets to play. I wish he would play more with the other kids, but he just grabs their toys and runs. Gage is an observer. He watches the other kids a lot, but seems very content playing on his own.

Friday we ride the city bus (fridays are free!) downtown to the Carousel and the Castle park. Riding the bus is a highlight in Gage's week. He will get to really singing sometimes and the cute little grandmas and grandpas riding the bus often make comments on what a good happy boy he is. Go "Thunder" Go! Let's ride like the wind! Hey, didn't I just see that lady???

On the days we don't have anything planned we like to go to the a local spray park. Gage loves the water but it is a close toss up between the water and the swings.

I miss you. I need a tissue.
sounds like Gage and andrew have the same idea. I wonder what would happen if they played together. I liked the caption!!!
