Science Day

I have assigned each day of the week a certain theme. Some weeks I am good and follow through, and some weeks not. But here is one of Gage's favorite themed days...Science Day. He has been talking about Volcanoes, Earthquakes and Hurricanes. I guess I should clarify that a little, he hasn't been just talking, he is often acting it out. It's quite dramatic and he is always trying to pull me in. So I decided we needed to study about these great phenomenons! We got some books from the library and he just devoured them.


Then we decided to make our own volcano of sorts. It was very simple, because I was doing it and not Daddy, but nonetheless it was very effective and Gage wanted to do it over and over. I finally had to stop before all my baking soda and vinegar were gone.
