We had a blast snowmobiling near Whitefish MT. Ok, I must confess that Jared had way more fun than I did on the snowmobile. After a while I relaxed and started enjoying it more, but I would have been happy going much slower that we did. I had sore arms the next day from holding on so tight to the handles. I think Jared forgot his wife was on the back!
We also drove in to Glacier National Park. For some reason we didn't see many people. It was quiet and peaceful and so beautiful.
These pictures are on Lake McDonald in Glacier.
So gorgeous! I wish I had words to express what this scenery does to me. It is truly nostalgic.
We balanced the camera on our snowshoes so we could get the mountains and the two of us in the picture. Looks a little tipsy!
While in Glacier we went for a guided snowshoe tour. It was more like a nature walk and we ended up having quite a large group. We learned a lot of neat facts about the animals that spend the winter in Glacier.
Can you see the "Dipper" bird in this picture above?
The picture above is a beaver dam that has been used by beavers for at least the last 40 years. Cool huh!?!
This is Jared looking cool!

I'm always jealous of the beautiful places you guys to go to and the adventures you have there! Maybe we need to move to Montana. :)
Looks cold! But really pretty. Sorry it rained but it looks like you had lots of fun anyways. Happy anniversary!
Has it really been that long? Happy anniversery trip. You got some amazing photos. Now I want to go there too.
