Jenks Family Gatherings

August

Since moving to Utah this summer, my siblings and I decided to start some Jenks family get togethers. Our first was in July, but I forgot my camera and the next one was in August at Nancy's home in her back yard.

Lucas will always say "cheese" for you if you ask. His smile just cracks us up! Josh is great with Lucas.

 Of course roasting marshmallows was a highlight for the kids. Grace, Roman and Lincoln seem to be enjoying themselves.

They got distracted while waiting for their turns and then we would have to track them down to come and take their turn. But they seem to have fun anyway. It was just the parents who had a headache by the time it was over. Hehehe!

 September

Our next get together was in September at a park near Nancy's home that Lucas liked. Once again Lucas gave me his best "cheeeessseee" smile. What a funny boy.

October

 We threw Nancy and Bryant a surprise birthday party. I was sad this picture didn't turn out that great because its such a fun picture with the two October siblings.

 Sarah and I put together a game that helped us to share memories our siblings gave us of Nancy and Bryant. It was so fun, but also very touching. Thanks to everyone for sharing your memories!!

 One of the activities we played was to toss around a golden egg full of candy and prizes.

 

 One of the prizes were mustaches. So of course we had to try them out! Josh looks goofy and Bryant just looks plain creepy!

 

 

 Even Oliver and Sarah gave them a try. I don't think Oliver knows quite what to think of his mother with a mustache.
