This was Gage's first pinewood derby. It was Jared and I's first as cub scout leaders as well. Gage had a blast until my car started beating his. He didn't think that was very cool. I was sure proud though! It was fun having the bishop get involved too. He had his own very fast car.
Gage did really well. He ended up coming in 2nd.

We were so excited when our Missoula friends, the Hyltons, were able to come and visit us in Utah. We spent a fun couple of hours at one of Gage's favorite places, Trafalga!
Looks like even the parents are enjoying themselves!
We hope we will be able to do this again soon.
