Gage and I were in heaven wandering through my parents garden eating berries, apricots and picking vegetables etc...Gage and I helped Grandma pick and husk some yummy corn for dinner too. With Grandpa we went chokecherry picking. Gage enjoyed pulling over on the side of the road and helping us pick the chokecherries. He also enjoyed jumping on the trampoline and singing while grandpa sat close by and clapped to his songs.
On our way back to Missoula we met up with Grandma and Grandad Helm and Great Grandma Ritchie. They were on their way to Rexburg to take Angela to BYU-I. They picked us up in Pocatello and we were able to help them move Angela in, meet her roomates, visit with a girl I recognized from our Stake back in Iowa and enjoyed a yummy garden fresh dinner at the Holloways. Grandma and Grandad Helm were able to hear the vocal abilities of our little songbird as we rode in the car with them. Gage is always singing. We love it!(Video 100-2226 2008/9/7)
During our travels from Oakley to Pocatello to Rexburg we got to visit with my brother Barry and his family and with my sister Sarah and her family. It is fun having family all along the way. This was all done in this past Monday-Friday time frame. We did lots in a short amount of time and really enjoyed ourselves. But of course we were ready to meet up with Kristy again and head back to Daddy in Missoula.

If that isn't the cutest thing EVER then I don't know what cute is!!!!!
We sure miss you guys!
I am even more excited for you to come! It sounds like Gage is a good traveler as well. I did want to tell you I was impressed with your ability to organize everything to get to where u were going. Jared told me it wasn't initially going to be like that, but I am still impressed!
PS.. I like canned stuff. :)
That singing was way too cute! What a crooner. He really belts it out! I loved Gage's expressions on all those note he extended. Thanks for sharing.
My husband Ben told me he saw your mom picking chokecherries in the mountains - maybe you were with her too! How fun. Gage is adorable. Glad you made it home safely!
