Randomness

I am in love...with a house!!! It speaks to me every time I pass it, which is daily, since it is close to where we live. A girl can dream can't she??? I haven't even seen the inside, but I am still in love with it. When I turn onto the road so I can drive by it Gage says "Oh mom, not again!" He just doesn't understand this obsession I have. It brings me joy just to look at it and dream of never living in an apartment ever again. But then after obsessing for a time I come back to earth and remember how blessed I am to have a roof over my head and that I have so much more than many people. But I am human and dreams are fun to have, right?

Gage has had two more games since I last posted. The second team we played were bigger and better. I could see that our kids were getting pretty frustrated. The thing that was so awesome is that by the third game a week later our team had stepped it up and all the kids had improved and were just all around doing better. It was great to see. Now this didn't mean we won, not by a long shot. Once again, they were bigger and better. I just loved seeing that all the kids on our team, including Gage, had improved and were still having a good time. Jared did say I was getting a little carried away with my cheering on the sidelines, so I will chill out so I don't embarrass him or myself.

Gage sang in Sacrament Meeting this past Sunday. He was the musical number. I arranged this because he enjoys it so much and I really want him to develop this talent. I took this video hoping his grandparents would be able to enjoy seeing him sing even though they couldn't be with us in church when he sang it. As I said before, he loves singing in front of people but not practicing. See what I have to deal with? I was not happy at the time because he was messing around, but now when Jared and I watch it we can't help but laugh. He cracks us up!
