We have gotten at least 15 to 20 inches of snow over the past two days. It has been awesome. We had a great time sledding with our friends in our former Bishop's back yard. They have quite the hill. Gage flew down the hill and then face planted it! What a good sport.
This is farewell to Jared's snowmobile. It was given to him in Iowa and it moved with us to Montana. It needed lots of work and Jared has worked and worked on it, but now it is time to let it go. Jared and Gage are grieving its loss, me.... not so much. So by some miracle it started up and they took a last ride.
Jared decided to build a snow cave outside of our apartment. Gage was very excited!
Ahhh! What a cute mother and son!

That snow looks like alot of fun. Good job at enjoying it fully... in the face :-) Sad about the snowmobile, I know it will be missed.
Hope the snow pants get there soon so they can help Gage enjoy the fun. Not to surprising that Gage likes skiing. Jared and Nathan really liked it too. Too bad their parents found it very expensive, and then when they got here and it was cheaper, discovered they could have either a complete cross country outfit or a lift ticket, they went with the cross country. Friends were a big influence.
wow impressive snow cave! Whats the story behind the snow mobile? Able to find a buyer? Love Gage's ski-ing face!
We held a vigil for the "lost" snowmobile. During a particularly quiet moment I had an epiphany. So, as a loving brother, I have made a solemn commitment to dedicate my time and talents to snowmobiling as much as I can this year...in memory.
Love the new family picture! Gage is sure lucky!
amy, you and i can hang out inside while the boys ski -- with a good book! snow looks like fun! ..we wouldn't know here in texas... love ya!
