Happy 6th Birthday Gage

 Gage is now a whopping 6 years old. I know, we can't believe it either. We had a "family" get together on his actual birth date. I asked him what he wanted for his birthday dinner and he said McDonalds! No cooking for me, yes!!! Since they have a fun play area and we knew Gage would have more fun with a friend or two, we invited the Hylton Family to meet us at McDonalds. Gage was so excited and loved having his friends Seth and Connor there to play with. Then we headed back home to have homemade ice cream cake. We had Crystal (our sweet next door neighbor) and Karra (Gage's surrogate grandmother) meet us there. They both love Gage and he loves them.

 I would have to say Gage's favorite gift was this car race track. He loved racing his Dad!

 We also did a combined birthday party with his friend Will again this year. We also added two other birthday boys(brothers) to the mix. Liam and Julian's mom had a baby on their birthdays and she felt bad that she couldn't do more for them. So I told them to join us and it could be their party too. It was great! Will wanted pirates and Gage wanted Wild Kratts so we did both. This is the cake I made for Gage.

So the boys got to go on a treasure hunt and win some super creature powers. I made these creature power suits for the birthday boys. They were super simple to make and Gage loved it, so I was happy. I am sad I didn't take more pictures, but I was busy and forgot.

Happy Birthday to our precious Gage! You are such a smart perceptive boy. We love watching you learn and get excited about how the world around you works. We love your tender heart, angel voice and we feel so blessed to have you.
