Richland Washington Excursion

We had a fun time visiting my brother Joe and his family in Richland Washington. It was a very quick visit, but it was enough time for Gage to have a blast playing with his little cousin Romney and we had time to just relax and visit. Here they are being cheesy for the camera.

Both Gage and Romney like dancing to music, but I must say that Romney has some great moves. I guess Gage wasn't in much of a mood to dance and so he did a lot of running. But here is a cute video of them dancing and having fun.

Joe and family took us to a great little place called Smoovies! They have ice cream and smoothies galore. But the cool part is that they had all sorts of electronic and board games etc... where you can play for free. They even had a toy room for toddlers. So we ate and played; what a great combination for a good time!

Jared and Jacob playing a football game of some sort.
Melissa and Paige playing a game
(Many of you noticed Jared's facial hair. He grew it out for a church musical he is in called 'Savior of the World'
I am ready for it to be gone!)

Romney, Paige, Jared and Gage trying to get that ball! Go Gage!
They even had Mario Brothers. Gage and Romney were quite enthralled watching Jacob play.

We even were able to attend the Columbia Basin Temple while Gage stayed and played with his cousins. Thanks Joe and Melissa!

Hey, thats where I was born! Glad you had a good time there, and looks like you had a good time! I think running is perfectly acceptable substitute for dancing. Not that I do either!

How fun! I was thinking that was a really long trip when Jared first told me u went, but then he said it was only 6 hours or something.

Isn't it fun to have family "close"? I know I know, its all relative.

What's up with the facial shadow Jared? Are the hippies in Missoula converting you?

Jared doesn't look bad at all. Not saying that I want it to stay... How neat that he is in Savior of the World!!!

So glad you had a good time on your trip. Did you get a picture of the new temple there? Guess it's not all that new now.
